Designed by Snøhetta and adorned by local artist Kjell Pahr-Iversen, Clarion Hotel Energy is a unique design hotel inspired by Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) and Stavanger's canned food tradition.
The hotel is located right next to Stavanger Forum, just 7 minutes from Stavanger city centre, with a footbridge connecting to Stavanger Oilers' home arena - DnB Arena.
The hotel offers 400 rooms, conference, congress, and meeting facilities for up to 1300 people, as well as a bar and restaurant serving international and modern bistro classics.
Featuring Scandinavian design as a common theme, we can almost guarantee that you will feel at home - whether it is in Arne Jacobsen’s iconic 'Egg' chair or in a bed from Dux. The name reflects several things: Stavanger as the energy capital of Norway, the energy that can be generated within the building, and its Energy Class A. When it was built, it was the second hotel in Norway to meet this standard, the first being Scandic Lerkendal.
