Drangsvann: a new district in Kristiansand. And… Norway’s best neighborhood? That is certainly the ambition.
In the popular area of Randesund, located between Sørlandsparken and the city centre, one of Southern Norway’s largest and most exciting residential projects is now being developed. In addition to nearly 2000 homes, the project includes the construction of five kindergartens and new schools. Alongside the development, plans are underway for marina facilities, a community centre, nursing homes, and new sports facilities - all designed to accommodate the 6000 residents who will eventually call this area home.
Drangsvann is much more than just a residential project - it will become a community where all generations can thrive. It will be a sustainable neighborhood for everyone and a prime example of modern, green urban development in practice.
The project is a joint venture with Petter Stordalen’s Strawberry Equity.
