The Hoxton Oslo is a project in which AB Invest, Møller Eiendom and the hotel operator Ennismore have collaborated to create an international hotel in the centre Oslo, located between Youngstorget and the new Government Building Complex.
Featuring 144 rooms, a bar and restaurants, The Hoxton Oslo is set to open in 2027. Centrally located at Hammersborg in Oslo, it will mark The Hoxton's first hotel in the Nordic region. Construction is planned to begin in the autumn of 2024.
The opening is scheduled for 2027, coinciding with the completion of the new Government Building Complex across the street. The hotel will overlook the expansive new government park, featuring a memorial and green communal areas. At the top end of the park, the historic Deichman main library will be transformed into Deich – House of Photography, a cultural venue with a museum and dining.
