The area around Harbitzalléen in Skøyen is continuously developing, and a new community hub is beginning to take shape in the district through the development of Harbitzkvartalene.
The project is being developed just a stone's throw from Skøyen station and will feature approximately 500-600 residential units, office spaces, retail, services, and a long-awaited 400-metre-long park.
The development will offer a variety of housing options suited to all phases of life and will form the foundation for a more vibrant centre with many services and activities for local residents. On top of all this, Harbitzkvartalene will add an urban square, lush courtyards, and an extensive park for the enjoyment of the neighborhood - and all of Skøyen.
The development project is a collaboration between Agate Utvikling, Black Bricks Invest and Bane NOR Eiendom, and will be the largest in Skøyen following the new area plan.
