Villa Homan, a historic gem from 1882, is on the brink of a new era.
This majestic two-storey detached brick villa, originally designed by renowned architect A.H. Lenschow for merchant Jacob Blauw and his wife, is about to undergo a transformation into five exclusive high-end apartments.
The villa is part of Homansbyen, the Nordic region’s first villa suburb that was developed between 1858 and 1886.
The apartments in Villa Homan will seamlessly blend historic charm with modern comfort. Each of the five apartments will be designed with a focus on exclusivity and quality, where modern solutions harmonise with the villa's original architecture. The fountain in the front garden will be preserved, and natural light will stream in through the large, elegant windows.
Located at Oscars gate 11 in the Frogner district of Oslo, residents will enjoy some of the city’s finest amenities right on their doorstep. The apartments are scheduled for sale in May/June 2025.
