Scandic Lerkendal is Norway's third tallest building, featuring 400 hotel rooms, a 1500 sqm conference hall, and 14,000 sqm of office space. The roof is covered with 300 sqm of solar collectors, providing hot water for the building. In addition, the hotel incorporates multiple smart and energy-efficient solutions to minimise emissions without compromising comfort or well-being.
