Villa Sæter is part of the new residential project called Poppelhagen. The apartment building spans four floors and will feature 21 apartments.
The location is tucked away on a corner, adjacent to a large, lush garden that really catches the sun and has stunning views. The ground floor will house the new and modern Nordstrand Senior Centre.
Construction for the entire project began in August 2022, and the apartment building will be completed in the autumn of 2024. The project is a collaboration with Black Bricks Invest and Gjelsten Bolig.
